Launching new ventures inherently involves risk. Our goal is to provide training that reduces risk and prepares your organisation to launch into its next level of growth through our 6P Workshops.

 

Post COVID, business as usual does not exist; new industries, business models and ways of working have emerged. This is a mindfield for organisations, but the good news is that investment in European businesses is at an all-time high. However, investors have increasingly tighter requirements before they consider a company to be investable.


Even if you're not actively looking for investment, simply asking the question 'is my business investable' and assessing it from an investor's perspective will strengthen your business model and help you run a tighter ship.

    In this workshop we cover how to validate your business model and attract ideal clients through a repeatable customer acquistion process that you can scale.

    A 60-min deep dive into the current needs of your organisation and which P should be your primary focus. We’ll deep dive into where your organisations gaps are and what you already have in place. We’ll also assess whether or not a Launch Strategy Day will be better suited to your needs, where we focus on 2 or more of the 6Ps. This will form the basis of the workshop briefing you’ll receive prior to the workshop.

  • Session Guide

    The session guide outlines the 6P Plan and the format for the session.  We’ll complete it together during the course of the workshop and by the end of our time together you’ll have your completed plan and roadmap.

  • Live Workshops

    A bespoke 6P workshop designed to meet your organisation’s needs, where we deep dive into the 6P area (Purpose, Product, People, Promotion Processes or Profit) that matters most to your organisation). An interactive experience blending training, discussion, problem solving and planning.

  • Implementation Check-In
